CLIMATE AND REGENERATION
I am an experienced executive focused on climate and regeneration strategy and innovation. I develop and execute data-driven strategies and innovations to improve the performance of teams working on impactful ecological outcomes while strengthening organizational financial positions. I believe in a holistic approach to regeneration and climate, including markets and policies that unlock solutions to the most impactful ecological problems.
AT THE INTERSECTION OF STRATEGY AND INNOVATION
STRATEGY
I have devoted the last 21 years to scaling solutions to our ecological crisis. To name a few innovative successes at scale, I worked with the Sierra Club to help launch the Beyond Coal campaign, stopping financing for hundreds of new coal-fired power plants, and retiring hundreds of existing plants. I co-founded a political consultancy that partnered with MoveOn and Planned Parenthood to win elections. I ideated with a team a campaign to win a 100% renewable energy bill in California and then helped scale that victory to 24 states.
INNOVATION
I co-founded Laurel, a regenerative landscaping company, created and managed our board of directors as CEO, raised funds from diverse investors, and grew it into 9 markets.

I spearheaded the transformation of regenerative food production into a powerful nature-based solution to climate, leveraging innovative design and strategic practices to capture carbon and reduce food waste.
TECHNOLOGY
Currently I am building Cheetah Climate. Cheetah Climate provides intelligence, AI-enabled services, and technological products to help governments and climate-tech companies fast-track permitting for commercial-scale clean energy projects.
I am also a former Climatebase fellow and Techstars mentor.
COACHING
I bring over 20 years of coaching and training to the climate and regenerative agriculture space. I am committed to nurturing the next generation of climate and regeneration leaders, sharing insights from my experience, and learning from the fresh perspectives that they bring. I believe that to tackle the problem of climate and regeneration we need to invest time in leadership development and transformative change. I am currently a coach to the CEO of Remy, a climate tech start-up focused on reducing food waste.
